Changes at Nanoforce Technology
12 August 2024
In line with Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) streamlining efforts, from 1st August 2024 the operations of Nanoforce Technology Limited (a Queen Mary University of London group company) have been rolled into the central university Business Development (BD) and wider Research Services organisation. As a result of this change Nanoforce Technology Limited will be closed in due course.
QMUL and the School of Engineering and Materials Science (SEMS), which Nanoforce served, remain fully committed to working with industry on both fundamental and applied research; however, contract research will now be managed solely through BD.
The capabilities and equipment previously accessed by customers through Nanoforce will still be available within the University but project commissioning and set up will now be managed by BD with project and financial management supported by SEMS academics and the university Finance team.
Enquiries regarding contract research in the areas of Engineering and Materials Science should now be directed to Dr Joanne Chamberlain and her BD team via the contact email nanoforce@qmul.ac.uk, who will help you engage with the most appropriate academics to support you.
